Relax with all your home comforts. I love babies in just a grow or romper, keep it plain and simple but by all means add personal items and keep sakes and PLEASE get in some photos. Posing babies on you or in your hands gives a reference to their size and also makes for a more settled baby.

I have discovered a growing interest for creating short, documentary style videos along side my photography. I love the style of a home video and the more I practice the more I love mixing the two mediums together, creating beautiful photographs and a nostalgic “home video” style film is so precious!
So my approach to these at home sessions is going to be a documentary one. Using your home as the backdrop.

Two hours is an optimal time to work around nappy changes and feeds and a well lit room is really important.
